Bhutto, Zul‧fi‧kar Al‧i /ˈzʊlfɪkɑːʳ ˈæli $ -ˈɑːli/
(1928–79) a Pakistani politician who was President (1971–73) and then
Prime Minister(1973–77) of Pakistan. He was overthrown (
overthrow) in a military
coup in 1977 and executed (
execute) in 1979. His daughter, Benazir Bhutto, was Prime Minister from 1988 to 1990.
