1. An inessential appendage. Only in ME.

2. A piece of offal, garbage. Only in LME.

3. In pl. & (now rare exc. attrib.) sing. The edible parts of a goose or other fowl, as the liver, gizzard, etc., that are removed before cooking. M16.
