Ren‧oir, Au‧guste /ˈrenwɑːʳ $ rənˈwɑːr, ɔːˈɡjuːst/
(1841–1919) a French artist who was one of the first impressionists, and had a bright colourful style of painting. He is known especially for his paintings of women.
