anti social behaviour order
an official order in Britain which tells someone not to go to particular places or not to see particular people The order is given by a court to someone who has been found guilty of ANTI SOCIAL behaviour such as vandalism (=deliberately damaging things, especially public property) or violence towards other people If they do not obey the order, they are given a stronger punishment, such as being sent to prison
