Bronx, the /brɒŋks $ brɑːŋks/
a county, and one of the five boroughs, of New York City. It contains the zoo and Yankee Stadium, which is where the New York Yankees play baseball. It is thought of as a poor area of New York with a lot of crime, but this is not true of all of the Bronx.
