Ev‧ans, Chris /ˈevənz, krɪs/
(1966–) a British disc jockey and television presenter who became very successful very quickly. He started as a disc jockey, went on to present his own television show, and then bought his own radio station, Virgin Radio, which he later sold and went back to being a disc jockey. In 2001 he was fired (=made to leave his job) because he was drunk and did not go to work. In 2005 he began working as a disc jockey for BBC Radio 2.
