Grant, Ca‧ry /ˈkæri $ ˈkeəri/
(1904–86) a US film actor, who was born in the UK. He is known for being very good-looking and for appearing as characters who are confident, amusing, and relaxed, in humorous films such as Bringing Up Baby (1938), His Girl Friday (1940), and The Philadephia Story (1940).
