Hussein, Qu‧say /ˈkuːseɪ/
(1966–2003) the second son of the former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. He had some control over the Iraqi Republican Guard and he was probably head of the internal security forces. Many people believe he was responsible for killing many political opponents. In July 2003, Qusay and his brother Uday were killed by US soldiers after a gun fight at a house in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul.
