Joseph, Lord Keith /kiːθ/
(1918–94) a British politician in the Conservative Party, who held several important government positions between the 1960s and the 1980s. He is remembered as the person who developed many of the right-wing ideas which Margaret Thatcher based her policies (policy) on when she was Prime Minister.
