Kennedy, Charles
(1958–) a British politician from Scotland who became the leader of the Liberal Democrats in 1999. In 1983 he became the youngest MP in Parliament at that time. In 2006 he resigned as leader of the Liberal Democrats after admitting that he had an alcohol problem.
