English Dictionary I. Khan, A·mir /kɑːn, æˈmɪə $ -mɪr/
(1986-) a British
boxer from Bolton, Lancashire in the north of England. He won a
silver medal at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and became a
professional boxer in 2005. He became the Commonwealth
lightweight champion in July 2007 and defended his title several times.

II. Khan, Im‧ran /ˈɪmræn/
(1952–) a Pakistani
cricketer who played cricket in England for many years and was also
captain of Pakistan's national team from 1982 to 2002. After he finished playing cricket, he returned to live in Pakistan, and started his own political party.
