(1963-) a Portuguese football manager who won the Portuguese Championships twice, the Cup of Portugal, UEFA Cup, and UEFA Champions League with F.C. Porto, and the FA Premier League title (twice), Football League Cup (twice), and the FA Cup with Chelsea. While he was manager of Chelsea, he was known by the
nickname ‘the Special One’. He was very popular with
fans, but his comments sometimes got him into trouble with the football authorities.
