Pre‧to‧ri‧a /prɪˈtɔːriə/
a city in the northern part of South Africa, where the government departments are based. It is one of South Africa's three capital cities. The others are Cape Town, where the parliament is based, and Bloemfontain, which is the centre for the legal system.
