Tate, Jef‧frey /teɪt, ˈdʒefri/
(1943–) a British conductor who has been the main conductor with the Royal Opera House in London and with the English Chamber Orchestra. He has also worked with many famous orchestras, including the London Symphony Orchestra and the Berlin Philharmonic.
