Spring‧steen, Bruce /ˈsprɪŋstiːn, bruːs/
(1949–) a US rock singer and songwriter whose songs often deal with the problems faced by young WORKING-CLASS people in the US. He is known especially for his exciting performances, and is sometimes called ‘the Boss’. His albums include Born to Run, Born in the USA, and The Rising.
